At the Hatsuratsu no Sato light-care elderly home in Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture, following the experience of a large-scale power outage caused by Typhoon No. 15 in 2019, they aimed to create a nursing facility that could avoid the risk of power outages and considered the introduction of emergency power generation equipment.
